Casting The Film Opening

For casting our actors, we had to audition a lot of people in order to choose the right people fit to be the best person that suited the role. We narrowed it down to 3 actors, and they all had to read a couple of lines from the script in our film opening to see who was the best.

The three actors below were very closely examined by us and in the end we decided to choose Joshua Carter to be our main character (1st two pictures). We considered casting because we didn't want to choose the first person we saw, we wanted to consider all of our options and see who was fit for purpose. Casting was very hard as we went through 10 possible people including a couple of adults, but seeing our target audience is a lot lower, we felt younger actors would have been more relevant.
